**Discovery Play Days 10am stories; 10:30 self-guided acitivites; 11am trail discovery
Children (and their parents) meet to explore the trail with environmental scientist (and mom) Amy Lawrence. Begin at the interpretive center with stories at 10 o'clock. Stay for self-guided activities and crafts in the barn. Then come along for a guided trail walk at 11:00 as we explore the wetlands, and the beach, and look for animal signs along the trail. Families may come for one or all of the days activities. Please dress for exploring the trail. Feel free to bring a sack lunch if you like and enjoy the day. Directions to Clear Creek/Sa’qad Interpretive Center. Located at the mouth of Clear Creek in Silverdale, WA. From Silverdale Way, travel east on Bucklin Hill Rd .5 miles, over Clear Creek. Turn left onto Mickelberry Road and immediately left again into Mariner Square office park. Travel through the parking lot to the stop sign. Cross Levin Road into Creekside Office Park.Our Interpretive Center is located in the red barn adjacent to the LandAmerica Transnation building. You may park behind the Interpretive Center in the Creekside Office Park lot on weekends & evenings.Weekdays, you may park at Old Mill Park across from Silverdale Plaza on Bucklin Hill Road. There is a crosswalk to the Clear Creek Trail head and Interpretive Center
